About this place
A 170 m² house with mountain views on Koba Tsakadze Street, in the 25-ka area. The slopes are a long walk away, so plan on driving.
Inside are three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a living room and a fully fitted kitchen with an oven, dishwasher and fridge. There is also a washing machine, a dining area, a bidet, heating and free WiFi. The house sleeps six and gives you far more room than a typical flat by the lifts: each couple gets its own bedroom and its own bathroom. Everything is on the ground floor, with no stairs.
Outside there is a private garden and a terrace with outdoor furniture, plus a barbecue and a balcony. After skiing you can grill and eat outdoors with the mountains in view. Parking is private and free. Check-in runs from 14:00 to midnight, so a late drive up from Tbilisi is no problem. It suits three couples or a family with teenagers who arrive by car and want space and a garden.
