A detached two-storey house of 114 m² with a fireplace, in the 25 area on Aghmashenebeli Street. The slopes are easier to reach by car. It sleeps nine across three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Downstairs there is a small bedroom and a big living room with the kitchen and a dining table; upstairs are two large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
The kitchen is fully kitted out with a hob, oven, toaster and plenty of crockery. It stays warm in winter, with adjustable radiators and underfloor heating, plus a radiator under the coat hooks so jackets dry quickly. There is a separate room for skis. The garden has a barbecue, a swing and somewhere to sit, and there are several balconies. Parking is free.
