A two-storey 110 m² townhouse with a fireplace on Tsakadze Street, a 6-minute walk from the 25-ka lift. It has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. The standard option sleeps four, and the larger house sleeps up to eight. One townhouse comes with its own sauna.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster and a kettle. There is a washing machine and a drying rack.
