An 85 m² house with a fireplace on Tsereteli Street, a 6-minute walk (about 470 metres) to the 25-ka lift. The 25-ka has a gentle training run and everything beginners need, so the house suits a family where someone is learning to ski.
There are two bedrooms, and enough beds for seven: a large double, two doubles, a single and a sofa. There are three bathrooms, which one guest who came with a big group called the main plus. The kitchen has an oven, fridge, kettle, plenty of crockery and a large table, and there is a washing machine. In the evening you can light the fire.
Outside there is a garden, a terrace, a barbecue and balconies with mountain views. The house has its own entrance and a ski room, with ski hire and a ski school nearby. You can park free in the yard, and the nearest shop is a 5-minute walk. Pets are allowed. Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 11:00.
